By combining high energy classes with goal setting and monthly assessments we are able to help you set realistic goals and track your progress so you can achieve success.  All of this is achieved in an encouraging, positive atmosphere where fun and fitness blends and friendships are formed. “get energized” is about creating a healthy lifestyle and providing the support to make it happen.

Our Classes:

Circuit training is a conditioning system that incorporates strength, endurance, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility while moving from one exercise to another. It creates a balanced workout and adds variety to any exercise session. This type of training forms the backbone of LiveWire fitness, and the classes offer group dynamics, motivation, and camaraderie. Our program is designed to constantly change up your workout with equipment, intensity, and working targeted muscle groups.
