Who benefits from personal training?
Anyone who wants to see positive change in his/her energy level, physical health and overall well-being will benefit from small group or personal training. If you are apprehensive about working out in a large group, LWF offers small group or personal training within a non-threatening environment. Instruction will be tailored for your individual fitness level.

What's a typical personalized training session like?
Every session is different! Workouts may include but not limited to: strength training, interval training, circuits, running sprints, obstacle courses, and cardiovascular conditioning. We will use medicine balls, jump ropes, rubber resistance, body bars, and other equipment to keep the sessions interesting. Our trainers will assess your strength and endurance. We will complete a timed one mile run/walk where you will set your own pace. We will also complete a one minute push-up and a one minute sit-up test. Each session will incorporate an abdominal workout, cool down and stretch. Nutritional guidance is also given to all participants.

What kind of results can I expect?
Everyone responds differently to LiveWire Fitness. You will see an increase in muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance over time. You will notice a positive difference in your energy level and body physique. We are certain that you will feel better about yourself and your body!

What should I wear?
Moisture wicking workout clothes and properly fitting shoes are ideal. We recommend specialty running, walking, fitness solutions found at Luke's Locker.

What if I can't perform a certain exercise?
Our instructors will offer a modified version for an exercise if needed. Our classes are designed for everyone regardless of your current fitness level.

Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend classes due to circumstances out of your control and you should notify LiveWire three days prior to the start date, we will offer you a refund. A cancellation fee of $25 will be charged. This fee is non-negotiable. We always welcome a one-time class visit prior to registering for a session (please complete waiver prior to attending) so you can assess the class.

Where are classes held?
Because the sessions are personal or small group, you will be able to choose a convenient location with your trainer.
