This is a full body training class designed to build strength, tone muscles, increase bone density and decrease body fat while increasing lean muscle. By adding lean muscle to your body, you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you're at rest. Class will use dumbbell hand weights, resistance bands, sand bells and bosu balls. This class will educate and empower you to get strong! New member fee applies.

During this class, you'll focus on cardio, core and more as you use a wide array of equipment, including weights, resistance bands and BOSU® balls. Get ready to tone up and burn fat while simultaneously strengthening your muscles and tightening your entire body.

This is an intense 45 minute abdominal workout! Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination.

HIIT 

This interval class will use cardio exercises in timed intervals followed by a quick recovery. Achieve maximum calorie burn and incredible cardiovascular conditioning. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is one of the highest in terms of total caloric expenditure and post-exercise productivity.  HITT burns more calories both during your workout and afterwards, as the higher intensity workout revs up your metabolism.  Class will warm up for 15 minutes, 30 minutes of HIIT and 15 minutes of cool down and stretch.
