As a nurse she sees firsthand the important role physical fitness and nutrition play in disease prevention.
She is passionate about preventative health and enjoys encouraging others to become physically fit and eat well.
She ran (cross country and track) competitively for six years, has completed a half marathon and finished second in her age group in the Rocking R triathlon.
She uses her experience in athletics and health care to help others reach their fitness goals.
