Stephanie, a former teacher and middle school vice principal, understands the discipline it takes to
be an effective instructor. She loves exercising and enjoys encouraging others to aim high. Stephanie
has completed several half marathons and is an Elite Certified Personal Trainer from the nationally
recognized
Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. Stephanie
has been an avid exerciser for the past ten years, and she knows how important it is to lead an active
life. Additionally, she enjoys creating and sharing easy, delicious and healthy recipes with her clients.
